Welcome to Wersant SaaS. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Wersant websites, software platforms, applications, digital services, content, and related products, collectively referred to as the Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
About Wersant SaaS
WERSANT SaaS is a self-help legal document preparation software company. The product catalog identifies the Immigration and Bankruptcy workflows currently offered, their scope, and any available purchase options. Product availability can change, and a product is available only when the catalog and checkout permit its purchase.
Divorce document workflow software remains under development and is not available for use or purchase. WERSANT provides software technology and is not a law firm.
No Legal Advice
WERSANT SaaS does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal services, case review, or lawyer referrals.
The software does not assess eligibility, recommend forms or legal strategy, interpret a case, or decide what legal action a user should take.
Users review and correct their information and draft documents and decide whether and how to sign and submit them.
Automated Features
Software features operate within the product workflow described on the applicable product page.
Users should review all entered information and draft outputs before deciding whether and how to sign or submit documents.
Accounts and Access
Customer accounts are subject to registration, verification, and any approval requirements displayed during registration. Keep account credentials secure and use only the access assigned to your account. Access to purchased products depends on completed payment, applicable account status, and the purchase entitlements recorded for that account.
Do not attempt to access another user's account, restricted administrative functions, or products you have not purchased or otherwise been authorized to use.
Product Purchases and Pricing
Individual products and packages may be purchased when shown as available in the product catalog and checkout. The checkout page identifies the product, price, currency, and any applicable purchase terms before payment. Government, court, agency, attorney, and other third-party fees are separate unless checkout expressly includes them.
A purchase provides access to the specified software product or digital deliverable. It does not include legal advice or representation. Refunds and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Software Licensing and Subscriptions
A product purchase grants only the access or license described at checkout. A recurring subscription applies only when a subscription plan and its billing terms are expressly presented and accepted at checkout or in a separate written agreement. No recurring charge or renewal is created by a one-time product purchase.
All software, trademarks, technology, databases, designs, and intellectual property remain the property of WERSANT SaaS unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, databases, systems, and technology associated with Wersant SaaS are protected intellectual property.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wersant SaaS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform.
Third-Party Services
Wersant SaaS may integrate with third-party platforms, services, payment providers, or resources.
Wersant SaaS is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Changes to Terms
WERSANT SaaS may update these Terms and will publish the current version on this site. Updated terms apply as permitted by applicable law; a change does not remove rights already attached to a completed purchase.
